User Guide

The ODSIE 2026 Organizing Committee invites submissions from academics, postgraduate and undergraduate students, researchers, education specialists, and practitioners from industry who wish to present original research findings or applied studies. All submissions must be made through the official online submission portal.

Manuscripts may be submitted in either of the following categories:

  1. Abstract (150–250 words)
  2. Full Paper

The accepted full-length papers will be selected for publication in the Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series or in selected partner journals announced on the conference website. Authors who prefer not to submit a full manuscript may choose to submit an abstract for presentation at the conference.

Beyond scholarly submissions, ODSIE 2026 encourages attendees to share details about the conference with their colleagues. welcomes the active involvement of participants in promoting the conference by sharing information within their academic, research, and professional communities. Important Submission Requirements

    • All manuscripts must be uploaded as one Microsoft Word document.
    • Full Paper submissions should contain:
    • Paper title
    • Author name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and designated corresponding author
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Main Text (generally including Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Tables and Figures with captions, Conclusion, and References)
    • Abstract-only submissions must include:
    • Title
    • Author name(s), affiliation(s), and corresponding author
    • Abstract
    • During submission, authors must ensure that all contributor names are entered accurately and in the correct order. Author details provided in the manuscript must exactly match those entered in the online submission system.

Your Paper, Your Way

Authors may submit manuscripts in a preliminary format without strict adherence to publisher styling requirements. Manuscripts accepted for publication in the Springer CCIS volume or associated journals will need to be revised in accordance with the relevant formatting and submission guidelines at a later stage.
