Organize Your Panel at ODSIE 2026
We are delighted to invite distinguished scholars and professionals to organize and chair a panel session at ODSIE 2026. Your leadership as a panel chair will make a significant contribution to the quality and diversity of discussions at the conference.
Each panel should include:
- At least five papers addressing a shared thematic focus, with the option to include additional submissions.
- While most panel papers are typically invited by the chair, independent submissions relevant to the theme may also be considered.
- A customized promotional poster for your panel will be provided, enabling you to share it with your academic networks, colleagues, students, and through platforms such as LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
Benefits for Panel Chairs:
- One complimentary paper submission, along with a 50% discount on a second submission.
- An official Certificate of Participation as a panel chair at ODSIE 2026.
You are encouraged to visit the conference website for information regarding the event’s organization, partner journals, scientific sponsors, and additional opportunities for collaboration.

“ODSIE 2026 – Panel Proposal.”
Please include:
- Your CV
- The title of your proposed panel
- Your affiliation and a photo (for inclusion on the conference website and poster)
- A list of panel members, including their affiliations and photos (optional)
- Your WhatsApp number for direct coordination, if necessary
