Organize Your Mini-Conference (Symposium) at ODSIE 2026

The Organizing Committee of ODSIE 2026 warmly invites you to organize and lead a mini-conference (symposium) as part of the international conference.
This initiative offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with your university or institute, enhance visibility, and foster scholarly exchange within your specialized field.

Symposium Structure

Each symposium will be organized as a focused mini-conference and may include:

  1. A specific thematic focus aligned with the overall scope of ODSIE 2026.
  2. Two to four professional panels featuring invited experts and contributors.
  3. Presentations of 10 to 24 research papers selected through peer review.

Benefits for Symposium Organizers

  1. The symposium organizer will receive a certificate of recognition for their leadership and contribution.
  2. The organizer’s university or institute will be acknowledged as a co-organizer, with its name appearing in:
    • The conference proceedings (Springer CCIS Book Series, indexed in Scopus)
    • The conference website
    • Official announcements distributed to international academic associations
  3. The symposium organizer will also be eligible for financial support from the conference (details available upon request).
